Funky Clinton Hill Rentals Evoke Tetris, Start at $3,475

The Tetris-reminiscent facade of this Clinton Hill development definitely gets points for originality, but unlike in grade school, these points aren't necessarily a good thing. The five-story building at 474 Grand Avenue near Fulton Street has been in the works for over ten years, reports Brownstoner, with six of its eight apartments finally appearing on the market yesterday (although StreetEasy says otherwise). The building's interiors are wonky too, with windows and angles appearing in unexpected places. The apartments do look rather spacious, though. Listed units all have at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with asks starting at $3,475. The priciest apartment in the building is the $6,500 duplex three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse.
