One exec at Fisher Brothers spoke to the Times about the developer's ongoing projects. The condo tower at 111 Murray Street will be "ultraluxury," with 156 apartments that are one- through four-beds and a penthouse. Sales will launch later this spring. Meanwhile, an affordable rental building in Midtown East (pictured) is underway, with a slew of amenities: "indoor and outdoor fire pit, children's playground, bocce courts, shuffleboard courts, an oversize gym, hot tub indoor/outdoor, outdoor barbecue grillswe actually will have our own drive-through for car drop-offa poker room."
