Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
Amid the speculation of $175 million penthouses and downtown record-setting combo units, this large and nice Jackson Heights home has arrived to remind New Yorkers that apartments like those are actually not par for the course. The spacious three-bedroom apartment is asking lessway lessthan $1 million, and comes with all the essentials associated with just living life, like bedrooms that beds actually fit into and bathrooms (more than one, at that). The apartment on 80th Street near 37th Avenue has also been recently remodeled and has separate, spacious formal dining and living areas. The one caveat of the home is that it's on the fourth story of a walk-up building (that happens to be in the lovely Jackson Heights Historic District.) Oh yeah, it's asking $639,000.
