Units in 247 North 7th Street, now under the control of Adam America, its third developer, are finally going to hit the market after nearly a decade of delays and obstacles, and aptsandlofts has revealed some pricing details, as well as a couple new renderings, to the Daily News. Apartments in the 169-unit development, which consists of two seven-story buildings, will start at $2,575, with penthouses asking $6,700. Unit sizes will range from studios to two-bedrooms, and the building will be replete with amenities including a 24-hour doorman, lounge, fitness center, two roof decks, attendant parking garage, bike room, storage facilities and pet spa.
