Via the Instagram feed of Fredrik Eklund, here's the first rendering from the formerly stalled 56 Walker Street, which is in the process of making a comeback from its days of financial insolvency and bringing a bunch of very expensive condominiums to Tribeca. Eklund also reveals that Carlyle Designs is doing the interiors, and, interestingly, that the units will be a mix of three- and four-bedrooms, which means sense as it was previously reported that they would range from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet.
Eklund's caption says coming soon, which means we can add another project to the giant roster of new developments coming to market this spring.
