The beautiful Beaux Arts-style townhouse at 116 East 65th Street may have some bad juju, even if its owner, Ghislaine Maxwell, isn't guilty of the crimes of which she's been accused. Maxwell, who NYDN reports is looking to ditch her 6BR/6+BA townhouse for $18.995 million, has been accused of securing minors for salacious acts with her high-power friends, financier Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, Duke of York. The publishing scion purchased the townhouse on East 65th Street between Park and Third avenues for $4.95 million in 2000.
