$11M Upper East Side House Is the Undisputed King of Lucite

New, 33 comments

Something here clearly isn't working for interior designer Geoffrey Bradfield, whose been trying to unload his townhouse at 116 East 61st Street for the last several years. Bradfield's abode—which at this point has been pricehopped by nearly 40 percent—showed up on the market in November 2012 asking a lofty $18 million, and is now seeking a more modest $10.9 million. With its re-listing, the townhouse is not only in contention for one of the city's most heavily slashed asks by percentage, but also overtakes P. Diddy's Park Imperial apartment for the distinction of Most Lucite Per Square Inch.
