After more than three seasons on Real Housewives of New York, the launch of a multimillion-dollar low-calorie cocktail line called Skinny Girl, and a rather epic apartment search, Bethenny Frankel has finally settled down. The Daily News reveals that she is the buyer of a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment at 22 Mercer Street in Soho. Public records show that a limited-liability company named Beyond Hudson closed on the condo in September of 2014, paying $4.2 million. The loft-style apartment, where she will live with her daughter Bryn after it is renovated, came with a wood-burning fireplace, mahogany arched windows, and a long hallway stocked with space-saving features like a window seat, desk, and storage cabinets.

Frankel used to live in a glorious, renovated $5 million Tribeca apartment in the same building as Jay-Z and Beyonce, but she moved out after splitting up with erstwhile husband Jason Hoppy.

Appearing on RHONY in its seventh season after being a mainstay for the first three, the News reports that she mentioned her house hunt on the show. ""The fact that I live in different hotels, corporate apartments, I'm totally without a home for over two years and he lives in the apartment that I worked my whole life to buy—it doesn't even make any sense," Frankel lamented on camera. "I'm the richest homeless person in Manhattan right now."

Not for long, Bethenny. Not for long. And hey, at least you've got a brand-new house in the Hamptons, and you're not in foreclosure like other Real Housewives alums.
