ODA's Nassau Street Tower Will Feature a Very Planted Roof

New, 3 comments

NY YIMBY has procured a rendering of the tower planned for 75-83 Nassau Street in the Financial District. Designed by the prolific ODA Architecture and developed by Lexin Capital, the tower was originally planned as an 800-footer but has since been reduced to 498 feet, with 40 stories, 197 apartments, and 229,000 total square feet of space (39,203 of which will be commercial). The design is glassy and very ODA, but what immediately catches the eye is the roof, which looks like it will be planted with tall conifers.
