New, 3 comments

Carlyle Group and Extell Development are planning a 36-story tower at 10 Riverside Boulevard, at the corner of West 59th Street and 12th Avenue. According to permits filed on Wednesday, the planned 413,000-square-foot building will have 288 units and 1,400 square feet of retail space.

The Real Deal reports that the building's amenities will include "an indoor soccer pitch, a squash court and a golf simulator on the sub-cellar level," as well as a private dining area and a multi-purpose room on the second floor. There will be between six and twelve apartments on each floor, as well as a full-floor penthouse on the 36th level.

The developers bought the lot in 2005 for $50.3 million.
