Sold Stuff

Developer Adam America has just bought a vacant lot at 319 Schermerhorn Street in Downtown Brooklyn, with plans to build a 21-story, 87,445-square-foot condo tower on the site. The Manhattan-based developer bought the property from SC Nevins, and though the price remains unknown, it's likely they paid upwards of $30 million. Adam America is partnering with Naveh Shuster Group on the project. According to Crain's, SC Nevins had already secured building permits before selling the site, meaning the new owners will be able to begin building almost immediately and will not have to wade through the construction approval process.
