This $449K Upper West Side Co-op Is Basically Half Fireplace

New, 11 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This has got to be one of the smallest apartments with a working fireplace that we've ever seen, and it's asking just $449,000. The place is tiny enough (it weighs in at a whopping 475 square feet) that you could probably just use the fireplace to heat the entire apartment, too (don't quote us on that), making it effectively even cheaper. The listing stipulates that "dogs will be interviewed," so make sure your dog has two or three funny anecdotes on hand, or on paw, or whatever.
