Kudos to commenter Captain Cranky Pants, who correctly identified this week's cornerspotter as being on Elizabeth Street in Nolita. The clapboard building at No. 213-215, pictured here in the 1930s, has long been gone. The most recent structure to rise on the site is a large Roman & Williams-designed condo building taking the address of 211 Elizabeth Street.
