Want to double up on trends dominating New York City real estate? Take a parking lot or gas station and turn it into apartments, but make sure it's in Crown Heights, which is undergoing a quantifiable residential building boom. Brooklynian spotted a newly approved new building permit for what is currently a parking lot on the corner of Classon Avenue and St. John's Place. It's now destined to become a six-story, eight-unit building. The permit lists Dario Architecture Design and Anthony Kucich as the architect and developer, respectively. Leave no vacant lot undeveloped, right?
