$22M Penthouse Is the Priciest Condo Along the High Line

New, 15 comments

The High Line is lined with glassy, expensive condo buildings, and now the most expensive condo in all of those buildings is up for grabs, and compared to a lot of listings, it's a bargain, at "just" $22 million. Located in the 27-unit east building of Thomas Juul-Hansen's development at 505 West 19th Street, penthouse 1 measures 5,723 square feet and, and according to the marketing team, it is the largest and priciest apartment available along the elevated park. The condo has a 899-square-foot terrace, four bedrooms, a library, and a private elevator entrance. Sales in the building launched a year ago, and construction is on schedule to wrap up by the end of summer.
