Last year, the Novogratz-designed townhouse at 1 Centre Market Place in Little Italy: nobody wanted to buy it, and its owner was bankrupt. Now, after a bankruptcy sale in which the house was purchased for $5.5 million (down from an original ask of $6.5 million) by an entity known as Heritage Funding, LLC, only one of those problems remains. The house has been put back on the market for $7.5 million, and considering that there are no new photos it seems likely that the house is unchanged since its last disheartening listing.
