First Look: Brazilian Architect Isay Weinfeld's High Line Condos

Developers Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group (which, apropos of nothing, shares a name with the horrific disease that is currently a major plot point in Game of Thrones) have secured $115 million in financing for Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld's two-building High Line-adjacent condo project, the Jardim, The Real Deal reports. A new rendering shows two 11-story building with a total of 36 units, plus 12,000 square feet of retail and 39 parking spots. The project is expected to be complete by fall of 2016.
