It's been six months since sales launched at The Boerum, a 128-unit condominium on the border of Boerum Hill and Downtown Brooklyn at 265 State Street. Since then, business seems to be good and sales have been chugging away steadily, with over 70% of the units already sold. Recently, Curbed got a look at the building's sales office, located right down the street at 314 Atlantic Avenue—a storefront previously occupied by Boerum House & Home, a housewares popup shop owned by the developers.
According to the official site, there are two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments available, ranging in price from $1.45 million to $4.05 million. You may also remember The Boerum as the building with some seriously crazy amenities, including children's art classes under the tutelage of instructors from the Children's Museum of the Arts. There is also indoor parking, a fitness center, a library/media room, and multiple communal terraces.
The office has a partial model of one of The Boerum's apartments.
And there are some neat scale models . . .
. . . including a gorgeously detailed miniature of Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
