Norman Foster's Angular Condo Tower Begins to Take Shape

New, 1 comment

Field Condition brings us some new photos of the Norman Foster-designed 100 East 53rd Street, now known, apparently, as One Hundred East Fifty Third Street, and the wavy-edged floor plates give a glimpse at what the distinctively undulating facade will look like. The building, developed by Aby Rosen with partners Hines and China Vanke, is currently up to six stories of an eventual 61. It will contain 94 units, including a $55 million duplex penthouse.
