According to The Real Deal, the developers of 111 Murray Street in Tribeca have secured funding from an unnamed Chinese insurance company. A source close to the deal says the firm has made an equity investment in the "high nine-digits" in the 66-story, 139-unit building, which is currently under construction. Developers Witkoff Group, Fisher Brothers, and Howard Lorber bought the site (formerly known as 101 Murray Street) back in 2013. The building launched sales earlier this year. [TRD; previously]
