Tribeca's Famed 'Marble House' With Pool Now $65,000/Month

New, 5 comments

The former stables at 60 Collister Street have come a long, long way... considering part of the transformed building is a luxe triplex with a private pool. That 5BR/6.5BA apartment has seen its fair share of drama, originally hitting the market in 2009 asking $24.5 million, enduring several PriceChops (and two appearances on Million Dollar Listing) until it finally sold in 2013 for just under $15 million. But lo and behold, it returned to market in 2014 asking a whopping $18.95 million. The resilient thing hasn't found a buyer yet, so it's giving the rental market a go. How's $65,000/month sound? Since it originally asked $80,000 when it first listed in December, that's a relative bargain, right?
