New Clinton Hill Apartments at The Refinery Debut From $2,155

New, 7 comments

Madison Realty Capital's once-jarring rental building on Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill has finally showed itself, with rental listings hitting the interwebs last week. It has a name—The Refinery—and there are currently seven available apartments out of the 91 total, ranging from $2,155 for a studio to $4,310 for a three-bedroom. The units go from studios to 3BRs, and there's ground-floor retail. Amenities are present, but not as extensive as in other rental buildings these days. Tenants get a gym, rec room, and garden terraces with barbecues and reflecting pools (which are the worst kind, you know, because they're only for show and not swimming.) ASAP Architects is responsible for the inoffensive, mostly brick seven-story structure coming to 490 Myrtle Avenue; Tersigni Palachek did the interiors. The listings also offer up the first inside peek of the development, so check out the photos below. (And please enjoy all the close-ups of the fixtures and hardware.)

Madison Realty Capital's neighboring project, 504 Myrtle Avenue, is a few paces behind, but it will house 141 units. The total number of units for the two buildings will be 232, a figure previously reported for 490 Myrtle alone.
