Development on this Kensington condo building started in 2008 after the site was purchased the previous year for $2.39 million by an entity known as Ocean Parkway Properties, LLC. From there, it quickly stalled and as of 2010 there was no activity at the site. But now, five years and dozens of complaints to the Department of Buildings later, the building has risen and now exists, fairly uncontextually, between its red brick neighbors. Six of the 14 units hit the market today, touting apartments pre-wired for speakers and FiOS, each with private outdoor space.
