According to StreetEasy, the Williamsburg noodle factory-turned-high-end condos with a name that harkens jam launched sales all of 21 days ago with three apartments, but now a larger crop of apartments have popped up for sale in The Williamsberry. The new development that's actually named after the building's Berry Street, Williamsburg locale but sounds more like the name of a Froyo store is being billed as "industrial" yet "refined, contemporary luxury" (yup, that's definitely indicated by the building's name). The development will have 63 apartments ranging in size from studios to four-bedrooms that will be designed by new go-to interiors person Paris Forino. The building's equally poorly named "Skyhouses" have yet to launch sales.
