Andy Rooney's Upper West Side Apartment Wants $2.4 Million

The Upper West Side co-op that belonged to late "60 Minutes" commentator Andy Rooney has hit the market for $2.385 million, the Journal reports. The apartment is on the ninth floor of 522 West End Avenue and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen with two ovens and a wet bar. Some of the furniture in the listing photos, which will not be included in the sale, is apparently Rooney's own, including his typewriter.
