PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What/Where: two-bed, one-bath garden apartment in a Cobble Hill co-op
Square feet: 1,020
Maintenance: $725
Though this Cobble Hill two-bedroom is not without its charms (fairly spacious living room, kitchen, and master bedroom; exposed brick) and its drawbacks (fairly small second bedroom, low-seeming ceilings, really not that much exposed brick) it's the private, fenced-in backyard that's the real highlight. Separated into a patio and grass section, with lots of planters and a large tree (which the listing claims is an apple tree), it could significantly drive up the price of the apartment... or not? What do you think? Leave you price guess in the comments section.
