Updated Harlem 'Penthouse' With a Terrace Wants $850,000

New, 6 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

An updated and charming full-floor apartment in a Harlem townhouse on West 119th Street is on the market for $850,000. The apartment is currently configured as a two-bedroom, which makes the pictured bedroom appear to be all bed (which it is), but at 856 square feet, the space isn't all that tiny. The apartment (a "penthouse" in broker speak only) comes with an updated kitchen with a full-sized fridge, a patio, and deeded roof rights. It can also be purchased along with the townhouse's second floor to make a two/three-bedroom duplex, but that's being offered for the seven digit price of $1.695 million.
