On the same block as 388 Bridge Street, across from The Brooklyner and Ava DoBro, even more expensive rentals have hit the market in Downtown Brooklyn. 72 Willoughby, which somehow seems to have resisted giving itself a non-address-related name, recently launched 14 of its 30 total units onto the market, with prices ranging from $3,117 for a one-bedroom to $5,913 for a three-bedroom. All of the units in the building, converted by architect Michael Conrad of Design + Urbanism Architectural, LLC, according to permits, are one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. Per the renderings, Durukan Design was responsible for the interiors. The apartments feature exposed brick and wide plank hardwood floors.
