A garage at 600 Bushwick Avenue is being converted into a scary-looking rental building, NY YIMBY reports. The developer doing the converting is Cayuga Capital Partners, who is creating even more rentals one block over by putting an addition onto a church. The new building, designed by Hustvedt Cutler Architects, according to permits, will be six stories tall, with 10,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,000 square feet of medical offices on the ground floor as well as 64 rental units on top. It is expected to be finished in 2017.
