We hope you were sitting down for that. NY YIMBY reports that plans have been filed for a seven-story building with a mere six units, designed by Adjmi Architects. The apartments will average 2,591 square feet, which is very, very big. The building will also contain a roof deck (either shared, private, or a combination of the two) as well as a gym. Developer Ranger Properties recently purchased the two doomed building that currently stand at the site for $22 million.
