Via BuzzBuzz Home, the first renderings of O'Connor Capital Partners' rental-to-condo conversion at 200 East 62nd Street have surfaced, including one that is meant to show—we assume—both the interior of an apartment and the building's facade simultaneously. Presumably, the actual building will have walls. According to BuzzBuzz, the Messana O'Rorke-designed building will have 130 units, more than the 115 originally reported [edit: turns out it will be 115 units after all]. The units, ranging in size from one- to five-bedrooms, will start at $2.12 million.
