Time Equities's 64-story condo tower at 50 West Street has been a long time coming, and construction on the glassy Helmut Jahn-designed building is in the final stretch. Work has reached the 50th floor, and it's on track for a 2016 completion. Field Condition recently toured the construction site and sales gallery, giving a look at the tower's current state and a preview of the Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed interiors. The 191 condos are currently 50 percent sold. At 780 feet, the tower is kind of a shorty compared to many new condos, but thanks to its location near the southern tip of Manhattan, it still has some pretty great views.
