Live Right in the Middle of Billionaire's Row for Just $429,000

New, 13 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Midtown's 57th Street may be known as Billionaire's Row for its concentration of multimillion-dollar apartments, but that doesn't necessarily mean that non-billionaires can't still live there too—at least yet. This co-op studio at 100 West 57th Street may not be a 10,000-square-foot, $100.5 million penthouse, but it'll do the trick (if the trick is having a place to sleep and gaze longingly into an air shaft.) Besides, it's in the ideal location for someone looking to masquerade à la Holly Golightly; it's just south of Central Park between Sixth and Seventh avenues, on the same block as One57 and across the street from 111 West 57th Street. It appears that the bathroom's been recently renovated, and the sleeping alcove even has a window. Best part? It's only asking $429,000.
