Boaz Gilad's New Flatbush Building Is Surprisingly Attractive

New, 8 comments

Brooklyn building mover and shaker Boaz Gilad is at it yet again with a new development that looks more like something out of Long Island City than Flatbush. Along with revealing renderings for the Feingold and Gregory Architects-designed building, YIMBY reports that the seven-story building on Linden Boulevard between Bedford and Rogers avenues will have 66 apartments, 33 parking spots, and a common roof deck. Gilad isn't sure yet whether the apartments will be rentals or condos—he only closed on the lots at Nos. 88 and 92 just two weeks ago—but the apartments will mostly be one- and two-bedrooms measuring between 620 and 800 square feet.
