Of Course ODA's FiDi Condo Tower Will Be Very, Very Boxy

New, 20 comments

ODA's Financial District project got a new set of renderings, showing that the tower on the corner of Nassau and John streets will be oh-so-typical of the architect. BuzzBuzzHome and YIMBY both scored the renderings for the 498-foot-tall building at 75 Nassau Street that reveal its stacked-box base, which has become a go-to design for the architect. The building will be split into 39,203 square feet of ground floor commercial space and about 200,000 square feet of residential space. The building will have 197 apartments in total divided between both rentals and condos, all topped by a very planted rooftop garden forest. The Lexin Capital-developed building is expected to break ground next year.
