The first 12 of the the 196 total units in the two-building rental-to-condo conversion known as LexLofts just hit the market with prices ranging form just under $2 million to just under $6 million. Gone are the originally planned "studio penthouses," and the apartments are now a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedrooms, with the smallest weighing in at 972 square feet and the largest at 2,606 square feet. The apartments, converted from rentals by workshop/apd, feature high ceilings and such fancy bonuses as electronic solar shades.
