'Trendy' New Navy Yard Offices Will Have a Basketball Court

WeWork's Brooklyn Navy Yard office building is definitely happening, as the co-working space company just revealed a new rendering along with the news that Boston Properties and Rudin Management will be developing the project. Bloomberg reports that the building will be 675,000 square feet and cost $380 million. Designed by S9 Architecture, it will feature 14-foot ceilings and amenities such as specialty food vendors, a massage room, valet bicycle parking, outdoor terraces, a rooftop conference center and a basketball court.
