Tectonic Photo has some new construction shots of Extell Development's 10th Avenue tower, a 52-story skyscraper designed by SLCE that will feature a 300-bed dormitory and 600 rental apartments. So far, the tower is living up to its glassy renderings with, well, a lot of glass. It has shot up over the past year, and it looks like Extell's targeted completion date of 18 to 24 months from last August is well within reach. When completed, the renters (the ones in the 480 market-rate units, at least—you never know with Extell) will have access to a bowling alley, dog-washing area, indoor and outdoor pools, and more.
