The 12-story rental building that Adam America is developing along with Slate Property Group and the Naveh Shuster Group has begun its ascent on the Gowanus/Park Slope border, Brownstoner reports. The Aufgang Architects-designed structure will join Brooklyn's Canyon of Mediocrity, although there is at least some debate over how mediocre this one really is. The structure is currently up to the fourth floor and will eventually contain 105 market-rate rentals, ground-floor retail, a courtyard, a medical office, a gym, and 29 underground parking spots.
