Late-aughts It Girl Agyness Deyn's former Williamsburg loft is back on the market. At a glance, it's hardly recognizable. Gone are the Mill Building pad's fishbowl paint job and whacky furniture and decor, traded instead for a staid modern look brought to it by the apartment's current owner. The pad's on the market for $3.65 million, a lofty ask compared to its 2012 selling price of $2.175 million. The apartment is configured as a legal one-bedroom, but could also be built out as a three bedroom with a much smaller living space. For all of the loft's former eccentricities, one thing about it remains absolutely bonkers: because of a tax exemption and abatement on the lot, the loft's yearly taxes are a mere $24 until 2025.
