Offices, 100 Rentals Headed to Broadway in Williamsburg

Manhattan-based developer Blesso Properties has purchased 525-545 Broadway, the site of the former Lincoln Savings Bank in Williamsburg, right next to the elevated train tracks, for $33 million. The property comes with 190,000 buildable square feet, and Blesso, according to a press release, plans to use that to construct a mixed-use tower on the site's vacant parking lot, as well as redeveloping the existing office building. The residential component will feature around 100 rental units, along with "roughly 22,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a shared roof deck exceeding 15,000 square feet."
