The last we heard from The Boerum, Flank's hotel-residential hybrid in Boerum Hill, more than 70% of its 128 condos had been sold, with residents expected to move in beginning next year. And now we've gotten an update: The building is reporting that 85% of its units are sold, and its last remaining penthouse, PH04, just went on the market for $4.15 million.
The four-bedroom apartment, one of four penthouses in the building, is spread out over more than 2,300 square feet, with an additional 1,689-square-foot private rooftop terrace. The space includes a large corner "great room" along with a formal dining room and 3.5 bathrooms. And in addition to the building's already over-the-top amenities—including art classes for kids and an on-site concierge—the penthouse is equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, heated marble floors in the master bathroom, and views of the Statue of Liberty.
The exterior of the building, which is still under construction—it'll top out at 20 stories tall, with floors three through six set aside for a new hotel.
There will be separate lobbies for hotel guests and residents; the latter is pictured here.
A view of the residents' lounge, located on the 15th floor.
The penthouse's master bathroom comes with heated floors and marble vanities.
The kitchen will have a six-burner Smeg stove and a built-in coffee machine, among other swank features.
