The High Line's Flora-Touting Condos Get New Renderings

New, 6 comments

Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld's High Line-adjacent condo Jardim may have started rising back in January, but up until this point its depictions have been lackluster at best. Leave it to New York YIMBY to scout out a new set of renderings that really show off the pricey condo. The development at 527 West 27th Street—whose name translates from Portuguese to "garden" and is a stone's throw from Zaha Hadid's anticipated swooping building—will have 36 one- to four-bedroom condos divided between two 11-story buildings fronting on 27th and 28th streets that are separated by a private garden.

Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group are the project's developers. The duo secured $115 million in financing for the project back in May. Construction is expected to be complete in 2016, and condos should appear on the market before the end of the year.

In addition to a variety of green spaces, Jardim will also have parking, an indoor pool, a gym, a massage room, a children's playroom, private storage, and bike storage.
