Construction photographer Tectonic got some shots of 70 Charlton Street the condo building that Extell is constructing in Hudson Square. The building, designed by architects Beyer Blinder Belle, is up to the twelfth floor, of an eventual 22, with construction expected to wrap up in 2016. It is probably most notable for being one of Extell's least glassy developments, though it will still have large windows, which have yet to be installed. The condos hit the market in June, with prices starting at just under $1 million.
