Renovated 1820s Brooklyn Heights Townhouse Asks $12.5M

The 1829 townhouse at 113 Willow Street seemed like it might have been a steal when it was on the market in 2012 asking $4.5 million. (It eventually sold for $2.9 million.) It definitely doesn't seem like one any more. Now renovated within an inch of its life, the townhouse is back on the market with an asking price of $12.5 million. While that doesn't make it the most expensive townhouse in Brooklyn, or even in Brooklyn Heights, it's definitely up there. It is also, as Brownstoner points out, on the rental market for a whopping $30,000/month, which would appear to make it the most expensive rental listing in Brooklyn.
