Williamsburg Is Getting Another Bland Apartment Building

New, 17 comments

Another faux-industrial style apartment building is coming to Williamsburg, where structures of their ilk vie for most-prevalent against the man bun. YIMBY scooped the renderings for 535 Lorimer Street off of project architect RG Architecture's website. The building between Ainslie and Devoe streets will have 10 apartments in all, including two ground-floor duplexes and a duplex penthouse. A few of the apartments will have balconies and terraces, and all residents will have access to a roof deck.

The project is being developed by HFZ Capital a mysterious LLC, which picked the lot up for $1.312 million last July. Demolition permits have already been filed for the house at the site, meaning that work should begin in the not-too-distant future.
