What/where: 2BR/1BA in Park Slope
Square feet: N/A
Maintenance/CC: $713

Situated less than a block from Prospect Park, this skinny two-bedroom apartment has a prime Park Slope location. It has a lot of great prewar details, like parquet floors and built-in armoires, but the layout is the biggest issue; it's railroad-ish, in that you have to go through a bedroom to get to the living space. Another negative is the second bedroom, which gets a dismal amount of natural light from a tiny window. The co-op building offers laundry, private storage, and bike storage in the basement. How much is the seller asking?
