A relatively unremarkable three-bedroom apartment in 15 Central Park West has hit the market for $33 million, which sounds about right. The apartment belongs to polo team-owning Venezuelan banker Victor Vargas, according to 15 CPW expert Michael Gross. Vargas bought the place from former Goldman Sachs partner Donald Opatrny, Jr. in 2009, paying $21.5 million. Opartny had paid $11.8 million for it.
