There's a New Most Expensive Apartment In Queens, Again

New, 8 comments

After a somewhat dramatic ride, Penthouse A in Long Island City's The View at East Coast is finally off the market. The Daily News reports that the three-bedroom apartment has a buyer; although the full sale price wasn't disclosed, it apparently netted enough of its $5.4 million asking price to claim the title of Queens's most expensive apartment. The apartment was first listed in 2014 for $5.388 million; it was later chopped to $4.998 million, taken off the market altogether, and then finally re-listed for $5.398 million. The new buyer will be getting plenty of amenities, including a doorman, on-site gym, and expansive wraparound terrace.
