Hell's Kitchen Studio With Private Roof Deck Asks $759,000

New, 15 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Sure, this Hell's Kitchen studio isn't all that big, but it does have one very big thing going for it: a private roof deck that's actually bigger than the interior living space. It's located in the Armory, a pre-war co-op building on far West 42nd Street (between Tenth and Eleventh Avesnues, to get technical). The small living area is maximized with space-saving tricks, like a Murphy bed, hidden in a light-wood cabinet, and built-in desks. It also comes equipped with a decent-sized bathroom and walk-in closet. Plus, there's that terrace, which has views of New Jersey and the city skyline. (Heck, you could probably just pitch a tent up there and sleep.)
